DO YOU OFFER PERSONALIZATION?

Yes. Selected products can be personalized with names, photos, dates and other available customization options.

CAN I UPLOAD PHOTOS?

For eligible products, yes. Follow the personalization instructions on the individual product page.

CAN I CHANGE A PERSONALIZED ORDER?

Because personalized products enter production specifically for you, review all information carefully before placing your order.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Regular orders can take up to  5-7 days from order confirmation through delivery, including processing, packaging and shipping.

WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE TOGETHER?

Not necessarily. Orders fulfilled by different distributors may arrive in separate packages. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Sales are final except for defective or incorrect products.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR WRONG?

Contact customer service promptly with your order number and photos/documentation. Contact the store within three days of receipt. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
